We provide custom 3D printing services, including the design, production, and delivery of 3D-printed objects. All products are made to order. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem inappropriate, technically unfeasible, or in violation of applicable law.

3. Orders and Acceptance

An order is placed when you submit a request via our website or contact form. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. Payment is due in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website.

5. Production and Delivery

Production times vary depending on the complexity and size of the order. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order confirmation and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specification. Claims for defective products must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any design files or intellectual property you provide to us. By submitting files, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the designs, and you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We retain ownership of any original designs created by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innova Core Tech SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
